What is it? Search Me!
This entry is part 1 of 3 in the series SearchMe! Getting Better Results When Trying To Find Answers

Wouldn’t it be nice to actually find some useful information when you went searching for answers to a pressing problem?

Relevant Search ResultsWhat if you knew exactly what terms to string together in Google — or Yahoo or Bing or whatever your favorite search engine — that would turn up relevant results with a sensible answer on the other side of the click?

Believe it or not, many people cry "I can’t ever find anything when I search for something!"  You may not be one of them, but if you are you can benefit from this little project of mine.

Here’s the deal . . . I’ve decided to save my searches.

Because I’ve heard clients send up that plaintive cry, I thought I’d just share some of the searches I conduct on over the course of a week.  Now I wouldn’t say that every one of them is 100% on the money, but most of the time I get enough keywords right in my search to bring me back some relevant information.  That’s good because I get aggravated, just like the next person, when I’m looking for something and can’t find it.

Thus, Search Me! was born.  Nothing fancy, it’s just a weekly page highlighting things I searched for with a link to the actual search page in Google that lists the results.

Anytime you’re here, check out the items from this week to see if something you’ve searched for has also been the topic of one of my most wanted.

Let me know if you find something useful!
